TIPS for Active Wear
1. Don't wear active wear that is too tight. It's not comfortable nor will you feel confident. The right fit will make it easier to feel strongly about hitting the gym or courts.
2. Leggings are not pants. Always wear a long tee or tank to cover your girlie area, as well as wearing proper undergarments and sports bra. Support and function are key elements.
3. Don't be afraid to get a bit colorful. Happy bright colors get you motivated and excited. They are mood elevators.
4. It's important to invest money in the proper pair of shoes for your activity of choice. In the long run being stylish feels awesome, but taking care of your body is the real motivation.
